We're taught that we should celebrate our bodies in their youth, but what if we celebrated our bodies at every stage of life - ESPECIALLY in one where you see a little of that life experience. You have more of a story to tell now, and so does your face and body. And you're more beautiful for it! I genuinely mean that.

And this doesn't have to be a boudoir shoot unless you want it to, but maybe it's time to take some photos that truly celebrate YOU and all that you are.

The 40 Over 40 photography experience is a transformative celebration of women in their 40's and above. It honors the beauty, wisdom, resilience, and accomplishments that only time and experience can shape. This isn’t about turning back the clock — it’s about honoring the woman you are right now and seeing yourself through the eyes of an artist.

These sessions are transformative. They remind women of their worth, their presence, and their impact. Together, we create timeless portraits — works of art that reflect your soul, your journey, and the beauty that has always been yours.

When you look back years from now, these aren’t the images you’ll wish you had waited on. These are the images you’ll be grateful exist. It doesn't matter if you don't have the perfect body, or the perfect anything. It's about genuinely loving and accepting yourself as you are now. And if you aren't quite there yet, let's still chat - that may be an even better reason to book the shoot. ;)

WHAT'S INCLUDED

THE PLANNING

This starts WELL before the photoshoot. First we chat, set a date and time for your shoot, and then we book a time to plan the session together. Whether we do a theme, or you just want a beautiful set of portraits, it's tailored and planned out perfectly to fit YOU.

We plan your looks, outfits, flowers, props, whatever applies!

THE SHOOT:

Then you show up for the shoot, I do your makeup, we listen to great music, have a snack or two, and get shooting!

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING.

That's my job! Don't you stress one bit. I'm a master poser-you just have to show up and be wiling to be seen! I'll handle the rest and we'll just HAVE FUN!

Photoshoots are serious business for me... But not so serious that we won't be laughing, singing, dancing, and sharing jokes and life stories together.

VIEWING SESSION:

Once we've taken your photos in a few outfits and sets, we sit down and pick your favorites! Once we've selected the images you want, I get to work! I professionally edit and then deliver the photos within 2 weeks via an Online Downloadable Gallery!

DELIVERY!

You can download the photos from this online gallery, share it with friends/partners, buy prints, albums, or do whatever you like!

FALL EVENT

At this point the 40 over 40 project will be complete for the year and we all get to dress up, come together as a group, meet, and celebrate each other while we look at the photos on display, enjoy drinks and light refreshments, and a giveaway or two! My goal is that you leave with some new friends and we all feel even MORE empowered having connected with so many beautiful souls.

(And of course a gift bag for you!!)
