I'm a photographer and videographer -obviously- but I'm also a romantic and a poet/writer so you'll see all sorts of poems across my website!
Some of my hobbies include: gardening, cooking, reading, playing the piano, and daily cuddles with my dog, Rudy. In spring and summer months I spend as much time barefoot in my garden as possible, and I’m very passionate about nutrition and health. I love conspiracy theories (tell me your craziest one!) and I LOVE getting to know people! I think there is so much to learn from every person I meet! :)
I specialize in upscale weddings and elopements, and I cry at every single one! It's going to happen and I've just come to terms with it at this point so when you see me crying in the back, don't worry, I'm still taking photos. ;)

A POEM:
The
Two Fountain Pens
Two sets of parchment
and two fountain pens
scribble furiously,
attempting to make sense
in a senseless world.
Time slips by
unannounced and unnoticed.
Family, friends, and lovers
fade in and out,
but the pens continue their charge.
The other stories they tell
may be shared another day,
but their pathways combine
on a sleepless night.
The pens have their ways,
and they wrote the night well.
Who could resist a story as this.
"A night to remember,"
as simple as it sounds.
The mingling of two strangers
who were perhaps,
never even strangers at all.
Old souls and lovers.
-A junction of the two-
And a sharing of minds,
all poetic and beautiful.
"A night to remember" of course.
And though the ending is unsure,
the characters now are bound.
And the two fountain pens
who simply need a story to tell,
continue their unbiased charge.
Will they write a romance or a tragedy?
A comedy or a drama?
Or will they recycle the pages,
and simply begin anew with
more unsuspecting characters?
The future is unknown,
and beautifully so, perhaps.
For love is a journey,
and holds no bounds.
There are no expectations,
there are no demands.
It simply is,
and the ability to experience it
is a gift given sparingly.
The two fountain pens
are partial to none.
Their partnership with the parchment
is purposeful and designed.
By whom? We may never know.
But they never rest,
and until all is made known,
They will continue their plight.
To make sense of the world,
Using those as they might.
Two sets of parchment,
And two fountain pens
Scribble furiously...
Of what, we have yet to know.
